You are speculating the same as everyone else based on your interpretation of Mika's words and your subjective negative view of the program. Its all confirmation bias.
From what I gather, not based on anthing other than Mika's actions is:
He thinks he has a good shot at getting drafted or else he would not have declared. HOWEVER
because he has not yet hired an agent, and can basically get free feedback from scouts and such, he will be able to make a pretty good assessment before the end of may deadline, and then make his final decision.
And my assessment is If he finds out that he is not going to be drafted until late second round, and gets some feedback as to how he can improve his game and his draft stock, then it is likely he will return to BYU for one more season.
Someone on here with an unconfirmed quote of Mika's dad basically said just that.
And I will say this. If the scouts tell him he is headed for the D League or he is a late 2nd round pick, why would he then give up a free high quality education at BYU to play in Europe? He can play in Europe after he finishes at BYU.
