at school or on a mission and we are empty nesters. We never really needed this big of a house but I thought it would pay off financially, which it will. Now we are at the point where we want a one level smaller home but don't want to move out of the neighborhood. Yes people tell us the kids will come back with their families but we would have plenty of room with a smaller house.

The older I get the less things I want to own. Put me in a small house I can lock up and go take a trip when I want.
