If we don't need to re-invent the wheel on recruiting, than we at least need to figure out how to develop our players better. If Mika thought, I'll stay one more year and become a lot better so that I can be a top 15 pick, he would stay. Mika has definitely exposed the lack of development/coaching that's happening at BYU.
