Look at the roster, it actually has more balance on the wings and still has good size and talent inside.

I assume Corbin will stick to football and Aytes will graduate and transfer. This roster shows talent inside and out. Childs, Dastrup, Andrus and Nixon may all be better 3 point shooters than Guinn. This roster also shows how super young BYU was this past year once LJ and Kyle went down. In short, the team is young and talented and the future is bright. I may be extra hopeful, but I am excited to see Andrus. I don't expect him to bouncy like Mika, but I do expect him to be stronger and more of a load inside than as a frosh, and he showed a decent stroke out to the three point line as a frosh. We will have to wait and see how quickly this team gels and comes together. Dave Rose is a master at developing teamwork. This past year was an aberration in that regard. Plenty of reasons to expect good things (NCAA invite) for 2017-18 and the next year should be even better. Let's hope we don't lose two starters to season ending injuries this coming year.
