The statement I quoted was "He's a two footed jumper, which means he's slow in elevating." I would have had no problem with "He's slow in elevating when going off of two feet" (what you were thinking).

But, sjohnson1278's statement is saying Mika is a two footed jumper and therefore slow in elevating. Being a two footed jumper doesn't automatically make someone less explosive (e.g. Yoeli Childs).

Now that I re-read his statement I suspect he may have meant to say "he's a one footed jumper, which means he's slow in elevating." That would make more sense.
