Look at his highlights and some of his best dunks are on the fly off one foot...
...or moving towards the basket with some momentum and gathering himself to go off of two feet. Where he's a poor jumper is when he's standing and jumping off of two feet like often happens when rebounding. Incidentally he's terrible and opening game jump-balls. He loses the tip 90+% of the time, even to smaller guys.
