Reasons why Mika won't get drafted in the 1st round, and maybe not the 2nd
For Mika to stick in the NBA, he'll need to play from the elbow and mid-post, not the low post.

While he did show some good face-up and drive moves from the mid-post on occasion, he wasn't very efficient at it. And as far as his work from the elbow...let's just say it needs a large amount of work.

He's too small to play 5 unless he becomes a TON more athletic and too slow to play 4 defensively (yes, this matters). He doesn't stretch the floor enough and isn't a good enough passer on offense. He's limited in his drive game, and doesn't have enough lift to score in the paint. He's a two footed jumper, which means he's slow in elevating.

His two skills that do translate to the NBA is rebounding and his motor/effort/energy.

His high comp in the NBA would be Carlos Boozer, and while that's ok, notice how many Boozer type players are in the league now.

There are really only two players on BYU's team that have a chance to make it in the NBA. Yoeli Childs because he's a freak athlete and you can teach shooting and TJ Haws, because he's the right size for his position in the NBA. And I'm not sure they get a sniff.
