...I do give him a lot of credit for adjusting those during a difficult sophomore season. I hope this is a sign of him maturing and growing into a leader that this team needs, one who will lead by example putting off his own desire for personal glory and instead sacrifice for the greater good of the team. If others can follow his example and putting the team first, we will improve dramatically.
