I get that being simultaneously entertaining and informative to a broad audience is incredibly difficult, but despite saying at the beginning that it wasn't a kids show, it had about as much substance as his old kids shows.

I was also annoyed at how dismissive he was to nuclear power and let the 100% renewable guy have about 85% of the panel's time.

Yes, definitely a wasted opportunity. I'm not sure how much sway he had in it, but as one of the producers he should have been able to get more actual science into the show. Instead they took the Bill Maher approach of preaching to a choir who laughs at literally every stupid thing you say. I hate the live audience format.
