but it is far less frustrating. Shouldn't those costs be built into the procedure costs? That way my insurance would cover them. I just wish we could do the procedure at the office. The dentist wants to do it with my son asleep because he doesn't want him squirming during the procedure, but couldn't they just strap him down?

Obviously I don't understand all the issues at play, I just feel nickle-and-dimed and I am not one of those wealthy CBers we keep reading about.
