Everything you do can be done with kindness. Or at least with a heart at peace and with the knowledge that the other person in the relationship/situation is a person - with their own hopes, dreams, struggles, etc.

Holding people accountable, even firing someone, can be done with kindness and a heart at peace - with you knowing that you hold them in regard as individuals.
