People are going to act like this is a bad idea, but KC masterpiece brisket in

The oven is my favorite BBQ recipe. Put some water over it and cook it at about 150 degrees for 3 days, then after it comes out of the oven you want it to cool. The best way to do that is put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then eat it right away. It is going to be heaven.
