Are your kids not closing the door completely? Is the heat sink frosting up?

Q-grr the missing puzzle piece

When my freezer side door is left open the back will frost up and I have to defrost it. Usually one of the shelves is too stuffed, impeding proper closure.

Out of freon? Some compressors use the freon as a lubricant, so a lack of freon

Are you sure the compressor is actually turning on?

it turns on but then turns off, I kind of think it may be the switch relay

Had similar issue. Frost was building up on the fan so it couldn't turn
