it turns on but then turns off, I kind of think it may be the switch relay

and for some reason it is clicking on but for some reason isn't able to stay on. Or maybe something like a sensor that if faulty which is telling this relay to click off.

Out of freon? Some compressors use the freon as a lubricant, so a lack of freon

Had similar issue. Frost was building up on the fan so it couldn't turn
