We have about 25 hungry 20-somethings coming over for dinner tomorrow. The other two main courses (meat) are being made now too, along with a huge guava cake and a few side dishes and salads. I'm not sure why my wife always wants to have a huge birthday bash, but every kid gets one.
I'm going to test the ribs in a few hours... just to be sure it's good enough for company. Gotta be safe when flavor's on the line.
