Wait, they don't release smoke at higher temps? Even as low as 300?
Then why the heck are people claiming grilled burgers absorb smoke? You need 500-700 degrees to properly grill a burger. So not only is there no time and no containment for the smoke, but the grill doesn't effectively release smoke at those temps either?
