I wouldn't say he's a rare type of player for BYU. If anything they get more

of his mold than anything else. He's probably going to end up near the top of that list, but it's not awfully small.

I don't know what would make you think Emery will randomly take on that role, but it would be nice. I just don't think that's him. We've probably seen somewhere close to what we're going to get out of him for the next two years. He'll keep a lot of the same habits but he'll improve in areas.

If you look at Emery's game log from last year, notice how his shot attempts

It is remarkable that TJ's shot % was so good for he took many poor shots. i expect him to change that for the better
