I was at a golf course when I was 14 and there were a bunch of ducks swimming in a little lake. I wanted to throw a golf ball in the middle of them to scare them, but knew I'd have to throw it super high to get a big splash. I clocked one right on the noggin. It's head flopped down into the water and it couldn't lift it back up. It swam around in circles until it drowned. I still think about it from time to time and I feel awful. I was stupid and should have thought "hey, this could hit a duck and hurt it... I shouldn't do this." Poor duck.
