How do you deal with depression for you or loved ones? Do you encourage medical intervention, therapy, both? Do you
Personally believe it's a matter you can work out on your own? Is it something you think is different for you but for others they need more intervention?

I'm mixed. You can't get hard end points in the studies but there's clear evidence that medication has impact but it's mixed positive and negative in many ways. Counseling is effective but I favor certain approaches over others because I believe some therapies hurt or hinder patients. I'm not well versed on the subject.

So much space and complicated factors go into this. To me there's no clear answer.
