The problem with it is that there is no universal answer for emotional issues
Every person is different. Though there are patterns and methods that are commonly effective, there are no hard and fast rules with emotional or psychological disorders.

As a vet, I associate with others who suffer from these types of disorders fairly often. I deal with PTSD myself, though to a much lesser degree than many. The one thing that I have learned is there is no one-size-fits-all cure or method of treatment for the depression or other issues that stem from this disorder. I would expect that any form of psychological disorder is similar, though I'm no expert and wouldn't be able to say for sure. I can only speak from my own experience.
