They weren't the ones who celebrated meaningless accomplishments like kindergarten graduation and eliminated meaningful "personal attacks on self esteem" like failing grades. They weren't the ones who found it easier to let Teletubbies educate rather than have meaningful conversations with their impressionable children. So when I have to fire a Millennial for walking into a meeting late and immediately opening her phone to participate "virtual reality" rather than reality (and she doesn't understand what she did wrong) it not her parents fault?
