They all know it and thats why Timpview is all about bringing in outside talent. CWhitt doesn't develop talent, doesn't have relationships with the kids. And has no interest in building his program from within. No need to care about anything that happens each year if you are just going to bring in more outsiders to make it look like you can coach.

He's been living off of the timpview name and legacy. It's wearing off every year.
