If he just quits and transfers without creating divisions and distractions, then I agree with you.
If he just quits and transfers, but makes a lot of noise about it while transparently laying out in detail everything that went down, then I also still agree with you in that situation.
But if he quits and transfers and then throws gasoline on fire and creates problems for his teammates and coaches and the program and the school and cries about how unfair and unjust BYU is while only telling half of the story -- well, in that case I think he needs to be called out for what he's doing.
