I live in PAC12 country and, although not everyone here is very intelligent,

they are at least intelligent enough to know that Dark Royal Blue is not the same color as Navy Blue. If you put the two colors side by side it doesn't take too many brain cells to clearly see the difference; Navy Blue is almost as drab and boring as USU and Dark Royal Blue is full of energy.
