Patience right now is definitely the right thing - imho , if the team doesn't
improve much the rest of the season, the whole coaching staff should be evaluated. Changes shouldn't happen until after the season imo.
I get that the competition won't be as strong but it will be easy enough to see if the team is improving to be able to make decisions at the end of the seasons
