I know the players took it upon themselves to have a players only team meeting. Hopefully they also practiced

Not according to Lamb and Tuiaki. They were pretty clear that the players didn’t practice. Hope you’re right.

I just listene to Lamb and Tuiakis’ interview. They were very clear that they didn’t practice.

Bye weeks are beneficial after 7-8 weeks when you know your teams identity.
