similarly have weaknesses, mostly that they haven't any more coaching experience than Sitake had when he took over. We're not going to ever get an established head coach with a track record (Bronco and Lavell didn't have that either). So it makes it really tricky because you have to guess. The second thing that makes it tricky is you have to give your coach enough time to potentially grow into the role because if you fire too quickly, will there be anyone to replace him with?
