Kalani has already proven he isn't Lavelle-esque by the fact he hired his buddies as assistant coaches. What is it about Kalani that reminds anybody of LaVell? C'mon guys, he's never gonna be LaVell unless he hires Andy Reid and Urban Meyer as assistant coaches--and that ain't happening.
