Based upon the fact that great leaders bring a whole group together to achieve
an objective. They don't continually throw part of the organization under the bus. They demand that people give more than they want/think that they have to give and then are loved by those same subordinates because they recognize the growth and achievement that the leader demanded was exactly what they and the organization needed. In the case of BYU football, you will know when you hear players talking about how much is demanded of them and, of course, the results that are produced on the field.
