Right now none. He made a hire we all loved but this year it tanked.
But if the staff stands pat next year and the results are the same then he deserves a large share.
So it is up to him this offseason to make changes to get fans back excited and caring and to help the staff get some positivity back.
No changes equals a big problem in many ways and a hotter seat for the AD.
