The things we don't know, we actually do know to some extent...

If you've followed the board long enough, you've read countless first hand experiences with culture problems. Most choose to ignore it or pass it off as singular events not tied into the larger scheme of things. Anything on the board anyway is viewed as speculation or opinion. There are many people out there with facts, but what do those mean on an anonymous board?
