over the past year that were innocent but proved he just didn’t understand his roll as a coach.
Although our admin is loaded with plenty of former players - I would hope he would get a “desk” in the athletic office and not coach. That would be best for everyone, including him long term.

I hope Grimes is given the autonomy to do what he wants on the offensive coaching staff (he wouldn’t be here without that is my guess) and unfortunately, if he is worth what we hope - some of the staff will be gone.

I don’t wish anyone to lose their job, especially this time of year...but all of these guys are capable of landing on their feet. We should be careful how we post our wishes for certain coaches to be gone- I’m as guilty as anyone...but it would be crushing to read that’s about yourself or your spouse, brother, father...
