large law firms, consulting firms, accounting firms, where BYU grads are in demand - I know of places that have stopped recruiting from BYU b/c after 2-4 years, the recruits bail. Not worth the investment.

I get that family is important, and there are a lot of variables, but I also think LDS/BYU alums can make a big difference in their communities/wards outside of Utah.
