For a position coach? If that's true then maybe the church leadership recognizes
the importance of BYU football in relation to the image of BYU, and by extension the church? Does a GA interview assistant swimming, golf, tennis, track, etc coaches?
If that's just a matter of practice and all coaches at all levels meet with a GA, then I guess I'd be confused. What would be the point?
