Finally, what are your opinions. Do aliens exist and have they visited us?

My only story is 2nd hand, and isn't really about UFOs but about possible secret gov't experiments. I have a friend that grew up out in Logandale (just outside of Las Vegas) and claims that he's seen strange stuff near the boarder of Area 51. He claims to have seen flying objects that do things that normal airplanes won't do. He claims there is a guy in his stake presidency that works out there that says, yes, whatever you saw was real, or something to that effect.
