I know tons of BYU fans and almost all of them are great guys. I've had BYU fans over to my house for Y games all the time. Trust me, I'm not crazy enough to make broad sweeping statements about all or the majority of Y fans being some way or another (other than good people and good fans). That said, I've been exposed to so much absolute BS that it honestly makes it difficult because, even though I know most fans are great, it provides material for the crazies.

I also know that there are bad U fans, and I call them out for it. That said, for some reason the bad egg U fans don't bug me anywhere near as much as the bad egg Y fans. I don't know if it's because my primary allegiances are with the U or if it has to do with the nature of the bad Y fans (frankly, I think this is it).
