Utah employers need to step up their pay to match Utah cost of living.

Many of you have likely seen the KSL news piece that came out a couple weeks ago, that showed that Utah is the 3rd highest market for prices of homes. And yet, Utah pay is not keeping up. It almost requires a two income house hold to be able to afford a home in Utah these days.

I think a lot of Utah businesses are operating with the same mind paradigm that Utah is till a cheap market to live in. Well, times have changed and they've changed fast. The question is, will Utah companies step up their salary ranges to meet the cost of living in Utah? Do companies even see that this is happening?
