My guess is there will be tons that leave the industry altogether and in the end

it will be good for consumers even if commissions don't change.

My biggest gripe with most I have dealt with is the low barrier of entry.

I think every realtor is in full-blown panic because they see their take home pay dropping about 30% starting July 2024.
