Some of the people I see and know, not well, have very nice accommodations in multiple places.
In our old ward, we have a lot of members who had small cabins or condos at Brianhead, and most of these persons wouldn't be considered "rich" in the traditional sense.
One for example, built the cabin with his family and it was modest in that it was a three BR, not spacious but clean and good. They had owned these before prices went sky high.
None of these people have million dollar first residences.
