Owning a home in Vegas and a condo in Brian head if bought pre 2020 isn't crazy
The combined total could easily be less than buying a 3000 sq. Ft home along the Wasatch front at today's prices.
I have some very average family in st. George that do the same thing. You'd never see them and think they have tons of money, they just timed their purchases really really well.
