I used to have an article from Parade magazine with the following Welch advice:
In your teens, have all the fun you can
in your 20's, get all the education you can
In your 30's get all the exsperience you can
In your 40's get all the respondibility you can
In your 50's make all the money you can
In your 60's have all the fun you can
