It’s really not
I used to be so skinny. Like rib cage showing and I looked like Golum. According to my BMI I was healthy. I put on some weight and looked much better and healthier but according to BMI I was now overweight.
I am now 6’4” 210 and look the best I have in years. BMI is a joke. We don’t all want to be walking skeletons
