The other problem is, these kids are asked to perform (work) for the university, but its the non university people responsible to pay them? The university should pay them, and have contracts, like they do with the coaches making bank off these "amateurs" The schollie and all the free food, training, assistance etc. Let's face, schollie athletes have a lot of facilities that normal students don't get.
Transfer rules should be based on contracts between the player and the employer.
