told me to lose 50 lbs and everything will normalize including High blood pressure, high cholesterol and low testosterone and I will be able to get off all medication. 12 lbs down, 40 to go.

I once spoke with an endocrinologist who said they trust the CGM data over the A1c, for whatever that’s worth.
