Today is my minor lift, heavy cardio day. Hamstring curls, calf lifts, and ab
crunches.
Then a 45-minute cardio smorgasbord.
15 on stairs
15 on elliptical
15 running on treadmill
A sprint outside the gym to finish
I do my major lifts on Mondays and Fridays, and knock the cardio down to 40 minutes.
