Smoked Chuck Roast as Pot Roast or Pulled/Shredded?
I am planning on smoking a chuck roast and finishing it in a covered container with broth and vegetbles (braised). I've seen this done as a pot-roast that gets sliced like brisket and as pulled or shredded beef.

Anybody got a recipe or just tips or advice on it? Willing to try about anything.
