I did brisket my first attempt and it was awesome. Go for it.
I did a 12 pound pork butt Saturday. The best pulled pork ever.
I've done brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and a pork loin we had in the freezer for too long 😉.
The kids gave me a Treager for Christmas and I've been using it 2-3 times a month. I love it.
