Depends on what type of doctor. Primary care docs are underpaid for the amount
of training and expertise they bring to the table.
Certain specialists seem overpaid: some orthopedic surgeons and dermatologists come to mind. They aren’t the only ones who seem overpai but I’m not familiar enough with the economics of medicine to be a great judge of this.
