I doubt that BYU could have gotten Isaac. Heck, his dad played at the U. The
entire family loved Utah (a family of yewts). But Utah didn't offer Zach because they had a much more highly rated QB. Lucky for us that they did, because Zach had a fabulous career at BYU, and subsequently was the 2nd pick in the NFL draft, if I recall correctly.
