Precisely you're not blocking anyone's right of way path here. Or crossing anyo
anyone's right of way path. Not any different from following someone else straight through the intersection... and I think we all agree that it is legal to have more than one car going straight through the intersection.
I guess this has been debated enough, but this represents my viewpoint well.
